Automated Quality
ACI has implemented an automated quality testing system integrated directly into the powder coat line to meet the most rigorous testing standards.
By installing a series of probes and meters that are strategically placed throughout ACI’s powder coat line, quality testing is taking place roughly every five seconds, providing hundreds of quality/testing data points on each part as it moves through the powder coating process.
