Advanced Coating Inc. Receives Numerous Powder Coat Approvals from John Deere

Oshkosh, Wis. – Advanced Coatings Inc., a division of the Kacmarcik Enterprises family of companies, recently received numerous powder coating approvals from John Deere, making ACI one of the heavy equipment manufacturer’s preferred powder coating suppliers for a variety of colors and applications.

The approvals signal a major win for ACI, which launched its state-of-the-art Nordson Colormax III powder coat booth in 2021.

 “John Deere is known to have one of the most rigorous approval processes in the heavy equipment OEM space, and we are proud to have earned approval status as a preferred powder coating vendor,” said Jeff Koehler, operations manager for ACI’s Oshkosh location. “We are excited about the doors these approvals will open for other large OEMs and other manufacturers requiring advanced, technical powder coating coverage on their parts.”

 The approvals granted by John Deere include:

 ACI’s powder coating services deliver a premium finish that withstands the rigors of heavy use in harsh environments, protecting against corrosion, impact, and wear and tear over the component's lifetime.

 With the capacity to support steel and aluminum parts up to 48 inches wide and 60 inches high, ACI can powder coat various parts and components.

·      Two manual guns for pre-and post-process touch-ups

·      Five-stage automatic washer

·      Convection dry-off

·      Overhead cure oven

·      Climate and Temperature Controlled E-Room

·      Six-foot-per-minute integrated conveyor system for touchless transportation

ACI’s Powder Coat Services Receive Approval from JLG Industries

Advanced Coatings Inc. is proud to announce it has received recognition from JLG Industries as a fully approved vendor of all powder coating services across JLG’s product line.

 The all-encompassing approval applies to all colors and substrates and allows for a seamless feeding of parts flowing from ACI’s Oshkosh production facility into JLG’s supply chain.

 “This announcement signals the growth and success that we have developed with our state-of-the-art powder coat line that launched in 2022,” said Matt Bosselman, Operations Manager for ACI. “We are excited about the opportunities this will open up in the commercial and industrial verticals for full-service powder coating services.”
