Zinc Phosphate Pretreatment

Zinc Phosphate is the recommended pretreatment for maximum corrosion protection on ferrous materials. Our process and system have been certified and approved by TACOM, which meets the Department of the Army performance standards to TT-C-490 for Type I spray and application procedures approved for galvanized and low carbon steel.

Iron Phosphate Pretreatment

Iron Phosphate is provided for commercial applications, and to accommodate parts too large for our 9 stage wash system.

Wash Only Alkaline Rinse

We offer a wash only alkaline rinse option for customers that need to have their parts cleaned prior to a value added operation such as:

  • Gluing

  • Caulking

  • Sealants

  • Assembly

In-Line Trivalent Chromium Conversion Coating

Trivalent chromium / Surtec 650 conversion coating is offered for aluminum. This coating meets the military specification MIL-DTL-5541 Type II, in addition to other industrial conversion coating specifications – resulting in a competitive advantage.

Zirconium Conversion Coating

Zirconium Conversion Coating can be utilized for commercial applications requiring extended corrosion protection - or that are too large for our 9-stage wash system.
